Yes, when you are offered employment in Sweden.

MOFIT AB is the employer for the initial two years.

Residence/work permit is arranged by MOFIT within the company fast track certification program.

The company assists you in finding a house rental before you arrive to Sweden.

The Swedish job market for software engineers has a very high demand so the risk of losing the job is almost none. The initial two-year work permit is bound to the employment with the company. If you are terminated by the company, you have three months to find a new employment.

The salary levels for engineers enables a good comfortable life and leaves margin for savings, hobbies, travels. Services are relatively costly in Sweden mainly as a result of that there are no low paid jobs here.

It is a very safe country. Accidents and deaths in traffic are at a very low international rate thanks to to the famous zero vision. There is almost no air pollution and noise pollution in the cities. Life expectancy is among the highest in the world at 82.4 years. Children are never abducted and can roam around freely.

As a holder of a Swedish residence permit you and your family are entitled to enjoy the Swedish healthcare system. In short, that means virtually cost free access to top quality clinics and hospitals, which is financed by the state tax.

Yes, your immediate family, spouse and kids are always included and enjoy the same company fast track for residence permit. In case of a separate application for residence permit at a later stage the waiting time is up to 3 months.

MOFIT sponsors the move.

Together with our relocation partner we handle all the practicalities and costs related to the move. It includes arrangement with work permit, flight tickets, initial housing and cultural integration.

There are plenty of grocery shops specialized in Indian food. Suitable warm clothes and shoes for the climate are available in stores with economic price ranges. The housing rentals are normally fully furnished. What remains to bring is personal belongings and specialized kitchen equipment like an idly cooker. In preparation for the move we are here to guide you in every detail.

The initial contract and work permit are for two years. This is typically the minimum period for a job as the company take large costs in the process of recruitment, contracting, relocation and installation of non-EU nationals.  After the initial two-year period the work permit is extended. There is no upper time limit from the company side.

You have 25 days paid vacation per year, after the initial vacation earning year.

The Swedish social welfare system has a very generous compensation for parental leave for both parents.

Vi förstår i detalj utmaningarna i uppdraget och vad som är viktigt vid matchningen.

Vi har kunnig personal inom psykologi och interkulturella frågor som gör djupintervjuer för att säkra att konsulten kommer passa in i den svenska företagskulturen. I vissa fall anlitas även specialiserade rekryteringsbolag i Bangalore och Manila.

Vi kan skriva avtal om övertagande efter viss tid och beroende på förutsättningarna.

Normal ordnar MOFIT lämpligt boende och skriver kontrakt åt den anställde innan ankomst till Sverige.
